Notes:
- The "Don't Pass Line" payout is based on weighted average of the 949 times out of 1980 that you will get paid 1:1 and the 55 times out of 1980 times that you will get paid out 0:1 (i.e. a "draw").
- The "Field Bet" payout is based on the weighted average of the 14 times out of 36 that you will get paid 1:1 (for a roll of 3, 4, 9, 10, or 11) and the 2 times out of 36 that you will get paid 2:1 (for a roll of 2 or 12).
