Poker Tournaments

Hello all,

I just started a website devoted to selling poker and gaming products,
What I want to do is start hosting tournaments here in Canada, Quebec in particular for now. Does anyone know if holding a poker tournament in Quebec is legal?

If it is, are there any special permits required?

I am afraid ,I dont think it is .

Nothing is illegal as long as you dont get caught! O.o
